About

Red Rose Mafia Majorette Dance Team, an iAM Dance Center of the Arts production, was founded in June of 2021.

Red Rose Mafia was created in honor of the originating dancers and staff that helped bring majorette to iAM Dance Center of the Arts, in 2018. We honor the platform with their very own name that represents the sass, class & aggressive style that we have instilled in our dancers.

Red Rose Mafia is the 9Xs Grand Champion competitive majorette team for iAM Dance Center of the Arts, both owned and operated by our director, Andrea McCoy.

All students accepted on the Red Rose Mafia team must be students enrolled in our dance program and they must take all required classes to remain on the team. iADC’s curriculums, class structures, staffing & funding paves the way for our majorette competitive program.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a positive platform for young girls and boys to express themselves through the art of dance, in every form. We seek to pave the way for talented youth to fulfill their dreams and enhance their talents beyond measures by creating and presenting opportunities within, around and outside of our community. We promote leadership and team spirit, provide entertainment for various events and represent the company and our community at all dance company appearances and competitions.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create versatile competitive dancers trained by militant and marching band strategies. We launched this team with an extensive bootcamp to accomplish these goals.

Looking to Join Our Team

We require all new dancers to participate in our mid-season (December) or summer (July) bootcamp training session each year. During this training, you can expect your child to endure rigorous training from iADC instructors, support staff & guest instructors throughout the entire camp. Our overall goal is to instill sisterhood, discipline and ritualistic traditions through this training and continued training which will lead to success in dance and any future endeavors.
