We’re excited for the 2022 Bootcamp for our award winning competitive dance team:

Red Rose Mafia Majorette Dance Team.

We are only taking 20 dancers to the camp, so please be sure to pre-register your child online today to reserve your slot at camp.

Here’s a few questions that normally gets asked about our bootcamp:

• This camp is ONLY for dancers that seek to audition & tryout for Red Rose Mafia’s 2022-2023 season.

• This camp is not for any dancer that currently or plans to continue dancing on another team.

• This camp is REQUIRED for any dancers that chooses to audition in August. No dancer will be allowed to just show up to auditions. The audition process actually begins at bootcamp and finishes the following week (Aug. 3-5th)

• We do not recommend this camp for any dancer that does not plan to compete on the majorette team. The program is geared towards enhancing the majorette competitive team only.

• To our fellow coaches & directors: we do not accept dancers from other teams to this particular bootcamp, because of how the program is structured. We do offer this bootcamp program & curriculum as a separate service here at iAM Dance Center of the Arts.

• What you can expect: We will travel with our staff & chaperones to an offsite location for duration of 5-6 days; training and molding the students with discipline, technique, stamina, choreography retainment, responsibility & more! Is this camp easy? No, it is not. It will be a push for the students, and it will not be similar to any other training he/she has endured in the past. Our curriculum and daily schedule will mimic that of militant and band camp style of training. Having disciplinary issues with your child? Rest assured, he/she will come back a different child :)

• How to prepare: take our summer master classes, begin a small workout regimen no later than one month prior to the camp’s start date and attend our brief interest meeting on June 22nd @ 7:00pm. (Links will be sent out only to those that have pre-registered online).

Competition Team Member Requirements:
-Parent & student must attend competition team interest zoom meeting on Sunday, June 26th @ 8:00pm
-Must attend boot camp (flyer attached)
-Must attend tryouts (August 3rd - 5th, 2022)

Details about this year’s camp are below.

2022 Bootcamp Fee will be $600.00. This includes:

- 6 days, 5-night stay, all inclusive

- 3 meals per day, plus daily snacks

- Expert dance instructors

- Extensive dance & leadership training

- Make-up seminars & much more!

- $100.00 discount for any current RRM member

Please remember that we will fundraise to help offset cost & we will allow installment plans.

-We will host a competition on July 9th to raise funds for each dancer. Dancer & parent will be required to volunteer.

*We plan to do a fundraiser each week to compensate for camp fees.
